1. Which Central Asian countries does CIR recruit apprentices from?

CIR recruits motivated apprentices from countries such as Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. These regions offer a high potential of young, committed individuals seeking career opportunities in Germany.


2. What level of German language skills do the candidates have?

Our applicants complete an intensive language course in their home country and typically reach A2 to B1 level (according to the CEFR). In addition, they receive cultural and vocational preparation for living and working in Germany.


3. In which sectors can international apprentices be placed?

International apprentices are particularly in demand in sectors with severe talent shortages, including:

  • Healthcare and nursing

  • Skilled trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, construction)

  • Hospitality and gastronomy

  • Logistics and warehousing

  • Industrial professions (e.g., mechatronics, metalwork)


4. How long does the recruitment process take?

The timeline depends on the country, candidate preparation, and visa processing. Generally, companies should allow 4 to 6 months from candidate selection to arrival in Germany.
